All bookings made through this website and our WhatsApp concierge are subject to availability and require full payment at the time of confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation message has been sent to the guest.
Prices displayed on this website include a 20% authorised partner service premium above Yona Beach Club's direct published rates. This premium covers dedicated concierge service, instant WhatsApp communication, guaranteed confirmation, and full booking management.
All guests must arrive at Patong Pier with a valid booking confirmation. Shuttle boats depart every 20 minutes. Last boarding times apply (see session schedule below).

Non-Refundable Policy
All bookings made through this platform are strictly non-refundable. Please ensure you have read and understood all terms before completing your reservation.
- All bookings are strictly non-refundable once confirmed.
- Date changes are permitted if notified at least 72 hours before the reservation date — subject to availability.
- Date changes requested within 72 hours of the reservation date cannot be accommodated.
- No-show reservations are non-refundable without exception.
- The 20% partner service fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Dress Code
Yona Beach Club enforces a smart casual to elegant resort wear dress code at all times. Entry may be refused to guests not meeting this standard — no refund will be issued.

- Overly revealing or inappropriate attire in non-pool areas
- Any clothing displaying offensive, political, or discriminatory content
Strictly Forbidden at Yona
The following are absolutely prohibited on board. Violations will result in immediate removal from the venue without refund and may result in police notification.
Outside food and beverages of any kind
Weapons of any type (knives, firearms, blunt instruments)
Illegal drugs and controlled substances (see Prohibited Substances Policy)
Category 5 medications unless pre-declared and approved
Glass containers not provided by Yona Beach Club
Professional cameras or video recording equipment without prior written approval
Fireworks, flares, or pyrotechnic devices
Animals or pets
Large bags or suitcases (small bags and beach bags are permitted)
Personal sound equipment or portable speakers
Dangers & Safety Risks
Yona Beach Club is a floating offshore venue. Guests should be aware of the following safety considerations before boarding.
Swimming, jumping, or diving off the boat or platform is strictly prohibited at all times — this includes the pool overflow areas and outer deck edges.
The Andaman Sea surroundings are deep open water. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Deck surfaces may be wet and slippery. Walk carefully, especially near pool edges and during rain.
Sun exposure at sea is significantly stronger than on land. Sunscreen, hydration, and shade are strongly recommended.
Guests with medical conditions including heart conditions, pregnancy, or mobility impairments should consult a doctor before boarding.
Alcohol consumption increases risk of accidents and heat-related illness. Drink responsibly.
In the event of a maritime emergency, crew will direct all guests — follow instructions immediately.
The floating structure may experience gentle movement. Guests prone to motion sickness should take precautions.
Violation Policy
Yona Beach Club and its partners enforce a zero-tolerance policy toward rule violations. Violations are handled as follows:
Verbal Warning
First-time minor violations will result in a firm verbal warning from security staff.
Removal from Venue
Repeated violations or any serious offence will result in immediate removal from the venue. No refund will be issued.
Permanent Ban
Guests causing disturbances, threats, or damage to property may be permanently banned from Yona Beach Club.
Police Notification
Any illegal activity — including drug possession, assault, or weapon carrying — will result in immediate notification to Thai police authorities.
Prohibited Substances Policy
Yona Beach Club enforces an absolute zero-tolerance policy on all illegal substances. Thai narcotics laws are among the strictest in the world and will be fully enforced.

- Category 5 substances including cannabis products (unless part of legally prescribed treatment — must be pre-declared)
- Synthetic drugs and "designer" substances of any kind
- Any substance intended to be used to impair another person
Consequences of Violation
- Immediate removal from the venue
- Notification to Thai police authorities
- Possible arrest and prosecution under Thai law
- No refund for booking or any associated costs
Special Considerations
Children Policy
Children aged 4 and above are welcome during the Morning Session only (9:30 AM – 2:00 PM). Children under 4 years old cannot be accommodated for safety reasons. The Afternoon Session is strictly for adults. Children's pricing is the same as adults.
Accessibility
Yona Beach Club has limited accessibility for guests with mobility impairments due to the floating venue structure. Please contact us in advance so we can make appropriate arrangements and advise on access options.
Medical Conditions
Guests with heart conditions, pregnancy, recent surgery, or other serious medical conditions are advised to consult a physician before booking. Yona Beach Club cannot accept liability for health incidents related to pre-existing conditions.
Weather & Force Majeure
In the event of unsafe weather conditions, rough seas, or any circumstances beyond our control, Yona Beach Club reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events. In such cases, full credit or rebooking will be offered — but not a cash refund.
Photography & Privacy
Photography for personal use is permitted. Professional photography, drone operation, or commercial filming requires written permission from Yona Beach Club management. Guests' right to privacy must be respected at all times.
Lost Property
Yona Beach Club accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please keep valuables secure. A lost property service is available — contact our team via WhatsApp.
